Request Your Data
  1. Visit this link: instagram.com/download/request
  2. Select continue
  3. Select create export
  4. Choose your Instagram profile
  5. Choose export to device
  6. Select customize information and deselect everything but Followers and following
  7. Change date range to all time
  8. Change format to JSON
  9. Click start export

Wait for the email to be sent to you and download the file
